• Sealed Quench Atmosphere Furnaces. Chamber Furnaces LLF (one-chamber furnaces, more-chamber furnaces, continuous furnaces, etc.) combined with the following plants like tempering furnaces, washing machines, loaders, etc.

• NCV retort furnaces, retort furnaces for nitriding.

• Mesh Belt Continuous Furnaces. Automatic lines with conveyor belt FNC/TT, used for medium and high productions of hardening and    carbo-nitriding of small 

• Special Furnaces: pusher furnaces, pit furnaces, bell-shaped furnaces, rotary furnaces, roller furnaces, etc.

• Continuous heating furnaces with conveyor belt FNC, for brazing, annealing, sintering, etc.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

GENERAL SUPPLY CONDITIONS:

 -          Documentation:

-          When the plant is supplied, you will receive the following documents:

-          N° 1 copy of the instruction manual of the machine, according to the relating CE rule;

-          N° 1 copy of the wiring diagrams.

-          Delivery:

-          3 working months from receipt of your written order confirmation and 100% LC  ex­cluding holiday periods (August one Month and Christmas 2 weeks)

-          Payment:

-          30 % with the order and 70 % by irrevocable Documentary Credit (L/C), confirmed by a first class Italian bank .The total amount must be in cashable against presentation of documents of shipment (FOB) 

-          Installation and Start:

-          Together with the plant, you will be handed over the necessary instructions for the installation and the start of the system. On request, and separate invoice, we will send you one of our technicians who will supervise the installation and starting phases of the system and who will train your staff. The travel and accommodation expenses for our staff are excluded.

-          Inspection:

-          The cold inspection of all electrical and mechanical functions of the plant is carried out in our works prior to shipping. We will inform you 5 days before the inspection date, which will take place in any case, even if you are not present.

-          The supply does not include:

-          Preparation of the assembly place;

-          Installation of the plant;

-          Water inlet and outlet tubes;

-          Gas tank, supply tubes for gas and possible related pressure-reducing devices;

-          Feeding lines for  compressed air and possible related pressure-reducing devices;

-          Supply and installation of flue gas aspirators and chimneys;

-          Anything else, if not expressly stated in this offer.

-          Guarantee:

-          12 months after the inspection and in any case at least 15 months after the shipping date.

-          The guarantee does not include:

-          Heating elements and all those parts that are subject at normal wear;

-          Parts with failures that are due to impermissible and/or improper use;

-          The repairs / replacements within the warranty period are carried out in the premises of the company ATD in GODEGA S. U. (Treviso); only the transport expenses will be charged.
